Interpretation
The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

- Goods: The items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders: A request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service: The Website.

You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 working days with a solid reason to cancel the order.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 2 to 3 working days
- The Goods must be in the original packaging at the time of return
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Defective Products
Within the warranty term, if your product seems defective or not working properly, notify us immediately, and we will take care of the problem or replace it. The FRU, spare, or component number of these replacement parts might not match the one you ordered.
When a product is returned under warranty and verified, either “No Fault Found” is found or the issue stems from a hardware/software incompatibility issue. The product can be tested for free, but there is a 35% restocking fee.
Non-Defective Returns / Change of Mind
If you decide to change your mind and return an item, you have 14 working days from the date of purchase to do so. The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and without any ripped seals.
If we are not at fault, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Unwanted items are returned in a resalable condition, barring any defects.
Original condition: All hardware, software, manuals, accessories, and warranties have to be in their original packing and be free of any damage.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Replacement Parts
Some items sold on our site fall under the ‘replacement parts’ category. For these items, it is crucial to act promptly within the specified timeframe to retain the option for an exchange or refund.
Please note: Replacement parts may be available under different FRUs (Field Replaceable Units), spares, or part numbers. As a result, you may receive an item with a different FRU, spare, or part number than the one you ordered.

Obtaining an RMA Number
To initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, please click [here](link) to obtain an RMA number online. You will need your original sales order or invoice to complete this process. The sales order number is provided to you at the time of purchase. If you encounter any difficulties while obtaining the RMA number online, please feel free to call us at (888) 765-9527 (Option 3) between 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday.
Return Shipping Costs for “Free Standard Shipping” Items
For merchandise qualified under “Free Standard Shipping,” if a non-defective item is returned for a refund, Fusion Hardwares will deduct the shipping cost from the total amount of the order.
If a qualified “Free Standard Shipping” item is found to be defective and returned to us, Fusion Hardwares will provide free one-way ground shipping for the replacement item. If expedited delivery is desired, the additional cost will be borne by you. If Fusion Hardwares cannot find a suitable replacement, a full refund will be issued for the purchase value.
Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the package. Please note that packages lacking identifiable RMA numbers may be refused by our receiving department and returned to the sender.
Product Exchange Policy
Our Returns and Exchange policies permit the replacement of an RMA item with a similar or identical replacement only. Therefore, exchanges for entirely different products are not accommodated.
Inclusion of Accessories in Returns
To facilitate the RMA process, all software, manuals, original packaging, cables, wires, and accessories included with your order must be returned to Fusion Hardwares. Returns lacking these components will not be processed.
Processing Time for Refunds
Following the issuance of credit for refunds, it may take up to 5 working days for the credit to reflect on your banking records. In some cases, this process may extend beyond 5 days. Rest assured, you will receive updates regarding this via individual correspondence.
Tracking Returned Packages
If your RMA Status page does not indicate the receipt of your returned items, please contact your shipping provider to track the package. While we aim to process returns promptly, it may take up to 5 working days to update your RMA status once we have received the package. Exceptions to Return Policy
Certain items may have limited warranties or exception cases. Please review the product page and your invoice carefully for details. For further clarification, feel free to consult with our sales staff at (888) 765-9527 (Option 1).
In general, the 3D Memory parts purchased from the Fusion Hardwares website are covered by a 1 Year Warranty. For other parts, including new or replacement parts, responsibility for compatibility and installation lies with the customer. Fusion Hardwares is not liable for damages or issues arising during installation.
For replacement parts, adherence to the Terms and Conditions of Refund and Exchange outlined on this site is crucial to avoid forfeiting available options.
Fusion Hardwares Refund Policy
At Fusion Hardwares, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we have outlined our refund policy for refurbished items below:
Warranty and Reimbursement Period:
- We offer a 30-day warranty on all refurbished items.
- The warranty period starts from the day you receive your package.
- If you encounter any issues with your refurbished item within these 30 days, you are eligible for reimbursement.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all returns.
- This fee will be deducted from your reimbursement amount.
Return Process:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Please ensure that the return authorization number is included with your returned item to avoid delays in processing your refund.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 35% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
